Firefish Alternative Fund constitutes an alternative investment fund pursuant to Section 15 of Act No. 240/2013 Coll., on Management Companies and Investment Funds (ZISIF). The alternative investment fund is not subject to supervision by the Czech National Bank (ČNB). The fund accepts investments exclusively from qualified investors within the meaning of applicable Czech law.
Investments are limited to investors capable of committing a minimum initial investment of EUR 125,000 (or equivalent). Subsequent investments may be made in lower amounts.
